Title: Field Service Engineer Monterrey, Mexico REQUIREMENTS* Completed high school or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics (preferred), Computer Systems or related field (incomplete, in process of graduation, or graduated) * Candidates without such engineering background may be considered if they have relevant job experience * Experience: 1-2 years maintaining industrial printers, enterprise servers, communication equipment, Cisco certification (preferred) * Knowledge of electronics, computing, and networking * Valid driver's license (preferred) * Willingness to travel to different areas * Flexible schedule availability RESPONSIBILITIES* Installation, preventive and corrective maintenance of ATMs, point-of-sale terminals, and communication systems * Supervise hardware and software maintenance * Coordinate with suppliers * Repair and replace units * Manage network failures and traffic, up to configuration, security, and remote system access * Record all customer calls and activities, and track all expenses incurred during service delivery * Verify that the site environment meets requirements prior to installation or implementation * Install customer systems according to the installation plan, certify that product installation or configuration meets customer requirements * Analyze and resolve all technical issues on equipment within assigned customer accounts * Provide customer support and follow-up for problem resolution * Responsible for capturing detailed information about customer assets and other necessary data to complete billing or invoicing activities SKILLS* Teamwork * Commitment * Frustration tolerance Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.
