At Grupo DUNA, we are looking for: **Shipping Assistant** **Objective:** Support activities related to planning order assembly processes, managing finished goods (FG) inventory levels, and coordinating shipments for subsequent delivery to customers. **Requirements:** * **Education:** High school diploma * **Experience:** 1 year in a similar position * Experience in cycle counting * **Skills:** Honesty, initiative, responsibility, and teamwork. **Job Responsibilities:** * Shipment tracking (loading schedules and appointments, quantity verification) * Cycle counts * Ensure goods are properly loaded onto contracted transportation means * Verify that billing documentation matches the products to be shipped—both in volume and item codes—versus the purchase order. * Deliver products on time and in full. * Verify that materials match the information slip and are in good condition. * Load and unload shipments for release and/or shipping processing.
