




DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist human resources managers in creating and implementing a solid recruitment process to fill the company's job vacancies. * Support employees by providing answers to their questions and addressing their concerns. * Facilitate the design and delivery of employee training programs on topics related to their positions. * Conduct exit interviews with employees to learn more about their reasons for leaving the organization and how the HR department can improve retention. * Help design and implement benefit packages for the organization's employees, such as retirement savings plans, health insurance, etc. * Conduct interviews with job applicants for organizational positions REQUIREMENTS * Practical experience with HR software such as HRIS or HRMS * Computer literacy and experience with MS Office applications * Knowledge of labor legislation * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Teamwork abilities Job type: Full-time Salary: $8,722.56 - $9,152.99 per month Benefits: * Savings plan * Flexible schedules * Option for permanent contract Additional compensation: * Productivity bonus * Monthly bonus Work schedule: * Monday to Friday * 8-hour shift Work location: On-site
