Job Summary: We are seeking a DevOps professional experienced in Agentforce implementation and lifecycle, Data360/Data Cloud integration, CI/CD automation, testing, validation, monitoring, and governance. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM. 100% Remote Education Level: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field Time availability is critical **Only candidates from (CDMX and State of Mexico)** **Advanced conversational English required (exam administered)** Agentforce (ALM) Implementation and Lifecycle: Managing the AI agentic lifecycle using tools such as Salesforce CLI and DevOps Center, ensuring interdependent components—including planners, plugins, and generative AI alerts—are deployed together securely. Data360/Data Cloud Integration: Configuring and deploying data spaces, data flows, Data Model Objects (DMOs), and identity resolution rules—often applying infrastructure-as-code (IaC) principles to ensure environment consistency. CI/CD Pipeline Automation: Building automated pipelines to move metadata from development environments to production, reducing manual intervention and accelerating deployment speed. Testing and Validation: Implementing automated tests—including use of the Agentforce Testing Center and AI evaluation definitions—to validate performance, accuracy, and security prior to go-live. Monitoring and Governance: Setting up agent performance monitoring, ensuring data governance, and implementing security controls for RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks and vector database integrations.
