




Responsible for ensuring the operation of facilities, design, and machinery used to assemble high-quality Wheel–Rim modules that function at maximum efficiency and performance, including executing scheduled maintenance, resolving malfunctions in mechanical, electrical, and robotic equipment (including software programming). * Execute daily, weekly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual maintenance tasks assigned in E\-maint software. * Interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams of machines in general. * Knowledge in microprocessor programming (Arduino) to improve and track failures in mobile tire transport devices (carts). * Repair electronic boards (control and power systems) for carts. * Maintenance of transmission systems in tire conveyor lines. * Trace and analyze root causes of failures across production lines. * Propose improvement ideas for assembly equipment focused on optimizing machinery performance. * Perform calibrations and repeatability studies for balancing and uniformity machines as planned for each machine. * Maintain spare parts inventory at 95% accuracy, recording all additions and withdrawals of spare parts used in maintenance, reporting each time a part is taken from inventory. * Carry out installation of control systems within electrical panels on production lines. * Replace photoelectric, inductive, flow sensors, vision systems, etc. * Diagnose and replace electric motors in tire transportation systems. * Perform LPA’s assigned by the quality department on a weekly basis. Preventive and corrective maintenance of peripherals (DOCKS, VENTILATION SYSTEMS, PANEL MAINTENANCE, LIGHTING, LUMINARY REPLACEMENT, PLUMBING SERVICES MAINTENANCE, RESTROOMS, ETC.) **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field. 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position Work experience in mechanics, electricity, and electronics * Decision-making skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Effective communication * Excellent problem-solving skills * Capable of working interdisciplinarily and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders * Able to identify root cause of any loss * Excellent service attitude Practical approach to problem solving
