REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3 years of experience in the food industry * Knowledge of electricity * Knowledge of mechanics * Knowledge of pneumatics * Knowledge of hydraulics * Knowledge of welding (electrode, argon, and oxy-acetylene) * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) * Knowledge of HACCP Plan RESPONSIBILITIES: * Plan and develop preventive and corrective maintenance programs. * Ensure implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs. * Define and generate maintenance program indicators. * Maintain inventory of critical spare parts for timely machinery maintenance. * Manage and follow up on inspection reports (gas, electricity, etc.). * Ensure proper operation of work equipment and company facilities. * Supervise the execution, efficiency, and timeliness with which technicians perform assigned tasks.
