Job stability and a positive work environment. **Billing, Collections, and Inventory Assistant** We are looking for an Assistant focused on billing, collections, and inventory control—organized, responsible, detail-oriented—who will provide administrative support and ensure accurate information handling and customer service. Requirements Minimum 6 months of experience in billing, collections, and administrative tasks. Proficiency in Aspel SAE 8 (desirable) **Excel proficiency (mandatory)** Strong interpersonal skills with customers and suppliers. Previous job stability Main Responsibilities Electronic invoicing, issuance, review, and control of tax documents. Collections follow-up, payment tracking, balance monitoring, and support in reconciliations. Registration, filing, and control of administrative documentation. Inventory control, including receipts, shipments, and support in physical vs. system reconciliations. Telephone customer service and general administrative support.
