Job Summary: A Human Resources professional responsible for end-to-end management of the employee lifecycle—from payroll and regulatory compliance to organizational structure and administrative control. KPI implementation and monitoring Job Responsibilities Payroll Management: Payroll calculation, control, and disbursement; handling of payroll incidents, vacations, bonuses, and severance payments. End-to-End Operations: Full-cycle employee management (Recruitment, Selection, Onboarding, and Offboarding). Compliance and Legal: Comprehensive payroll incident tracking, IMSS, ISR, and regulatory compliance with STPS. Organizational Structure: Monitoring of job profiles, procedural manuals, and internal policies. Performance Metrics Management: Implementation and monitoring of KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
