Job stability and on-the-job training **Job Objective** Provide general support across various operational activities within the assigned area, ensuring process compliance, order, cleanliness, and timely and accurate task execution, in accordance with the company's established safety and quality standards. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Support general production activities or assigned area. * Load, unload, move, and organize materials, supplies, or finished products. * Maintain order and cleanliness of the work area. * Assist in assembly, packaging, labeling, or counting of products as required. * Comply with safety and hygiene guidelines. * Follow supervisor's instructions and collaborate with the team. * Report any anomalies or deviations detected in the process. **Requirements** * Minimum education: Completed primary or secondary school. * Experience: Not mandatory (desirable in operational areas). * Ability to perform physical tasks. * Flexibility in schedule and willingness to work in a team. **Working Conditions** * Weekly salary: **$2,100 MXN**. * Statutory benefits from day one, plus additional benefits * Bonuses * 20-day Christmas bonus * Job stability * On-the-job training.
