**Ingenieros Civiles y Asociados SA de CV** **Specialists in Construction and Infrastructure** **We are a Mexican company with 78 years of experience providing comprehensive solutions to complex infrastructure challenges; join our company as:** **TRAINER** **REQUIREMENTS:** · Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy or related field (degree certificate and professional license). · Minimum 4 years of training experience, preferably in the construction or industrial sector. · Experience delivering courses, instructional design, KPI management, and regulatory compliance. · Knowledge of applicable regulations (NOM\-STPS, ISO 14001, ISO 37001, among others). · External Training Agent. · Intermediate\-Advanced Excel **Work location: Villa del Carbón, State of México** **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPERIENCE IN:** · Conducting training needs assessments through interviews, surveys, and performance analysis. · Designing and coordinating technical, regulatory, and soft-skills training programs (in-person and virtual). · Delivering internal and external courses (induction, industrial safety, regulations, environmental topics, etc.). · Monitoring and managing training indicators: coverage, satisfaction, performance impact. **SKILLS:** Adherence to policies and processes, organized, detail-oriented, responsible, honest, committed, results-focused. **WE OFFER:** · Competitive monthly salary · Benefits exceeding legal requirements from day one · Excellent work environment · Job stability Employment type: Full-time Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
