




**Description** Design and implement resource mobilization strategies that contribute to the sustainability of Juventud, Luz y Esperanza, I.A.P. Plan, implement, and organize financial campaigns and fundraising events Responsible for collecting donations from governments, companies, nonprofit institutions, and altruistic individuals in Mexico and abroad. Develop donor relationships "Face to Face" Design and execute strategies and actions to increase the Institution's income. Management, implementation, supervision, and evaluation of projects Organize, manage, coordinate, and supervise institutional events. Generate and strengthen relationships with second-tier, third-tier, and oversight institutions such as CEMEFI, IAPA, JAP, and funding organizations. Coordinate and prepare the Annual Activities Report Prepare the Area's Annual Operational Plan Monitor activities of personnel under their charge. Periodically report to the general director on the area's activities. **Profile/Requirements** Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Social Responsibility, or related fields Minimum 3 years of experience in fundraising within a nonprofit organization (IAP or AC).
