




**Company with 28 years of experience in the automotive sector and the only one at national level, requests:** **Human Resources Analyst** **REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Psychology * Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources department * Knowledge in training, payroll processing, and Federal Labor Law; SIRCE system knowledge desirable. * Skills: data analysis, negotiation, and organizational abilities * Must reside near Toluca 2000 industrial park or have no transportation constraints **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide employee support for inquiries or requests. * Develop training plans and manage SIRCE system * Prepare payroll drafts and manage attendance incidents (vacations, delays, permissions, disabilities, etc.) * Draft official letters, administrative records, notices, and/or announcements, etc. * Develop corrective and preventive action plans for the safety and hygiene committee * Organize and coordinate logistics for company events * Manage and organize contracts, performance evaluations, and personnel files.
