





**TECHNICAL SUPPORT (IMMEDIATE HIRING)** Work locations: Toluca, State of Mexico. Function: Provide attention and service to users by delivering first and second level technical support on the various technologies used by the company. Requirements: Degree in Telecommunications, Systems, or Computing Working hours from Monday to Friday 7am – 5:30pm or 9am – 7:30pm Shift rotation required, and occasional travel throughout Mexico for on-site support. 1 to 2 years of experience in first and second level technical support, with knowledge in CCTV, networking, access control systems, structured cabling, computer equipment, and hardware and software troubleshooting and maintenance.
