We leverage state of the art GenAI tools and Agentic development practices. We design stateless, containerized, and dynamically scalable services, leveraging CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and explicit dependency management to ensure seamless deployments and a high\-velocity development experience. We work to evolve legacy systems, refactoring monolithic architectures, improving efficiency, and integrating cloud\-native principles where possible. By blending innovation with transformation, we provide end\-to\-end software solutions that support both new initiatives and mission\-critical applications—delivering scalable, resilient, and high\-performance systems for the future. Duties and Responsibilities * Technical Excellence: Hands\-on design and development of software that aligns with the needs of ARCOS’s customers and strategic goals. Utilize GenAI coding assistants and Agentic development to efficiently deliver high\-quality software. Follow best practices in software engineering, including clean code, design patterns, code reviews and unit testing.Tackle complex technical challenges and provide solutions that consider immediate and long\-term implications. * Teamwork: Collaborate across teams to drive project success. Share knowledge and insights with team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. * Execution \& Delivery: Operate within an Agile Scrum framework, actively contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Take ownership of tasks and projects, ensuring delivery on time and with exceptional quality. * Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with modern technologies and paradigms. Actively seek feedback and consistently strive for improvement in both technical and collaborative skills, showcasing a strong sense of accountability. * Production Support: Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues impacting production systems, which may be outside regular work hours when needed as per criticality. * Communication: Effectively communicate updates, share insights, and address questions with both technical and non\-technical audiences. **Requirements** Required Technical Skills: * C\# * .NET (Framework 4\.8 / Core 1\.0 and above) * ASP.NET * SQL (relational) databases * REST * JavaScript/TypeScript * HTML/CSS * Angular or other JavaScript frameworks * Unit testing practices (experience with frameworks like xUnit, Moq/NSubstitute) * Design patterns * Git or equivalent Desired Education, Skills \& Experience * Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). * 2–5 years of experience or equivalent proficiency in full\-stack enterprise software development (UI, backend, API, database, mobile). * Strong foundation in software engineering design principles and architectural patterns. * Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills, with proven experience resolving challenging technical issues. * Experience leveraging GenAI coding tools and Agentic development. * Experience with Agile development methodologies, continuous integration, and continuous delivery practices. * Knowledgeable in secure software development techniques and secure testing methodologies. * Experience implementing architectures such as multi\-tenant, cloud\-based, high\-volume, and high\-availability systems. * Experience developing and delivering software across various Web and Mobile platforms. * Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, knowledge\-sharing, and building productive relationships within and across teams. Desired Technical Skills: * Cloud\-native development with AWS or equivalent * GenAI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude Code or equivalent) and Agentic development * Atlassian tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence) or equivalent * Generative AI/LLMs * NoSQL databases (AWS DynamoDB or equivalent) * Event\-driven architectures * Testing automation using frameworks like Selenium and RestAssured or equivalent * Mobile app development for iOS/Android using frameworks like React Native or equivalent Production Support/On\-Call Duties: As a key member of our engineering team, you will address escalated production issues from customer support.
