Proactive attitude and outstanding customer service **Cano Recruitment seeks a Receptionist in Villaseñor Colony \- Guadalajara, Jalisco** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **A Clinical Laboratory located in Ladrón de Guevara Colony** is seeking committed, professional talent with an excellent service-oriented attitude to join as: ### **Receptionist (Evening Shift)** ### **Available Schedules:** * **Shifts:** * Monday to Friday from 2:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., and Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. ### **We Offer:** * **Monthly salary:** $9,700 net (tax-free) * **Statutory benefits from day one** * Excellent work environment * Opportunity for growth ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Customer service (in-person, telephone, and virtual) * Preference for prior experience in healthcare or clinical laboratory settings * Adherence to service protocols * Preparation of quotations and reports on services and studies * Registration of information in systems and digital tools (Calendar, pre\-orders, Devellab, etc.) * Appointment scheduling (phlebotomists, ultrasounds, radiography) * Billing and issuance of electronic receipts * Cash reconciliation * Sales support and post\-sale follow-up * Updating patient and physician records * Identification and reporting of irregularities ### **Required Technical Knowledge and Skills:** * Proficiency in **Word, Excel, and Google Calendar** * Experience using a **telephone switchboard** * General knowledge of the city and optimal routes on Google Maps * Experience in customer service and/or call centers * Strong organizational skills, proactive attitude, and outstanding customer service ### **Work Location:** Ladrón de Guevara Colony, **Near Midtown** If you meet the profile and wish to join a professional team, we look forward to your application!
