Position Summary: JALOMA is seeking a Finance Intern to manage returns, coordinate with internal departments, track collections/refunds, and identify process improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to identify and propose process improvements **JALOMA seeks a Finance Intern in Oblatos \- Guadalajara, Jalisco** ----------------------------------------------------------------------- * Verify proper receipt and registration of returned goods: Ensure returned products match recorded information and that the receipt process is executed correctly. * Manage documentation associated with returns: Confirm that all required documentation for processing returns (e.g., invoices, delivery notes, etc.) is present, complete, and accurate. * Coordinate with various company departments: Inform logistics, sales, quality, and other departments about returns to ensure efficient management. * Track collections or refunds: Ensure customers receive the corresponding credit notes (NC) or that carrier damage charges are billed promptly. * Identify issues and propose improvements: Analyze root causes of returns to identify improvement opportunities in assembly, invoicing, sales, or delivery processes. * From receipt of returned product to final disposition: Tracking covers the entire process—from customer notification of return through final receipt at CDJ, application of NC, or billing of damage charges. * Across multiple channels: Tracking may include returns handled upon order delivery, via mail, or through the platform (DRIVE). * With diverse internal and external clients: The intern must be prepared to interact with various client profiles and adapt communication accordingly. * Compliance with policies and regulations: The intern must ensure all returns are managed per internal company policies and applicable laws. **Desired Education Level:** Undergraduate \- currently enrolled **Desired Experience Level:** Interns **Departmental Function:** Accounting / Finance **Industry:** Manufacturing, Consumer Goods **Skills:** * Teamwork * Responsibility * Self-management *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69f23e2b3f00002d00f4a3c1\&source\=indeed*
