In this role, the following responsibilities will be performed: \- Manage collections and payments for all companies within the Group, including their accounting, settlement, and treasury reconciliation. \- Administer treasury operations for subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with internal banking policies and guidelines. \- Ensure proper implementation of established collection and payment policies. \- Coordinate the global bank account structure and maintain smooth relationships with financial institutions, guaranteeing access and operations for central accounts. \- Lead strategic treasury projects from start to finish, such as working capital optimization or implementation of new tools within the existing ERP system. \- Design and evaluate technological solutions for credit risk management together with IT and key users, including the creation of control and mitigation standards. \- Perform daily balance controls and compare them with forecasts (Forecast). \- Prepare 13-week cash flow forecasts. \- Analyze key performance indicators to support financial decision-making. ### **Requirements** The minimum requirements we seek in a candidate are: \- Minimum of 3 years of experience. \- Intermediate/advanced level of English. \- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Economics. \- Experience in collections and payments management.
