




Financial sector company is seeking an **Administrative Assistant** to join its team. **GENERAL JOB OBJECTIVE:** Efficiently manage administrative processes with excellent customer service attitude. **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum education level: Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field (can be incomplete). * 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative roles or similar positions. **JOB COMPETENCIES:** * Excellent service attitude. * Effective communication. * Organization and time management. * Results-oriented and teamwork. **MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage procurement processes (various quotations, groceries, water, stationery, etc.). * Manage computer equipment (purchases, maintenance, control). * Manage mobile and landline telephony services (contracting, renewals, payments). * Control payments for basic services (internet, water, electricity, alarm). * Manage company-owned and leased utility vehicles (usage logs, maintenance, fines, insurance policies, etc.). * Administer contracts and legal documents. * Coordinate shipping logistics with courier services. * Validate invoices and control travel expenses. * Prepare reports for treasury. **WORKING HOURS:** * Monday to Friday from 08:00 am to 6:00 pm **WE OFFER:** * Monthly net salary of $9,000. * \+ Monthly net productivity bonus of $4,000. * Statutory benefits. * Salary review after completing 3 months. * Biweekly payments. * Enhanced benefits after the first year (Major Medical Expenses coverage).
