Position Summary: We are seeking an Order Service Agent to manage customer requests from start to finish, ensuring an excellent service experience as the internal liaison. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous training and mentoring Vacancy: Order Service Agent **Location:** Guadalajara, Jalisco **Work Mode:** Hybrid **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. What Will Be Your Mission? Provide timely and professional assistance to our customers’ requests, managing orders from start to finish and ensuring an excellent service experience as the liaison between customers and various internal departments. Main Responsibilities * Handle customer requests and orders via telephone and email. * Process purchase orders in ERP and internal systems (Osticket). * Track orders until successful delivery. * Coordinate with internal departments to resolve incidents, returns, or adjustments. * Verify credit status and required documentation for order fulfillment. * Maintain up-to-date order and customer information in the system. Requirements * Completed high school education. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in customer service, order management, or commercial support (call center or electronic channels). * Basic proficiency in **ERP**, Excel, and Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of telephone and email customer service. * Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards is desirable.
