We are a collaborative team that prioritizes empathy, continuous learning, and mentorship as fundamental aspects of our work culture. **Your Role** * Develop modern web interfaces using React and TypeScript * Build and maintain reusable components for various product features * Implement responsive and consistent designs using Tailwind CSS, MUI, and Flexbox * Integrate frontend with APIs to display, capture, and update system data * Participate in implementing form flows, validations, and user interactions * Collaborate with design, backend, and other technical roles to deliver new features * Support continuous improvement of the interface, application performance, and overall quality **Your Profile** * Experience working with React and TypeScript * Strong proficiency in responsive layout using Flexbox * Experience using Tailwind CSS and/or MUI to build interfaces * Understanding of frontend application architecture via component patterns * Knowledge of state management with Redux, Context API, and/or Zustand * Familiarity with consuming REST APIs * Ability to write clean, organized, and maintainable code * Capability to work with existing codebases: understand, adapt, and improve them without breaking functionality * Attention to visual detail and sound judgment for building clean, usable interfaces * Proficiency with version control using Git **Bonus Points** * Professional experience developing production-ready frontend applications * Knowledge of frontend testing * Understanding of React application performance optimization * Familiarity with integration and deployment processes (CI/CD) * General knowledge of full-stack architecture or close collaboration with backend teams **What You’ll Find at Shibena** * Participation in real-world projects from early stages * Mentorship and guidance for your professional growth * Collaborative and flexible work environment * Exposure to modern technologies and diverse industries * Opportunities for growth within the development team **Equal Opportunity** At Shibena Labs, we foster an inclusive workplace.
