Here, you’ll make an impact by: * Leading the launch of new or improved Products, Technologies, and/or Processes with potentially significant impact on the extended Value Chain of the Product in the medium and long term. * Translating customer and business requirements into operational execution * Designing processes and implementing/qualifying equipment in compliance with EHS standards * Providing direct support for New Product qualifications and/or improvements * Identifying waste and implementing improvements in EHS, quality, cost, and service impacts * Participating in Extended Value Stream project planning—from supplier to customer * Managing BOMs and unit costs for projects, considering Product Standards **Your Skills and Expertise** To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: * Completed Engineering degree and at least 4 years of experience related to the role, or experience in Process or Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Processes, and Maintenance * Strong knowledge of Statistics tools * Understanding of Product and Process * Value Chain Management * Fluent in English * Advanced Microsoft Office skills Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: * Master’s degree in any engineering field from an accredited institution is a plus * 5 years of experience in the industry * Experience in the Drinking Water Industry * Experience with good manufacturing practices (GMP) manufacturing and process validation **Work location:** Onsite \[Kalos Guadalupe] **Travel:** May include occasional business travel to the United States **Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).** **Supporting Your Well\-being** Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
