




Position Summary: This administrative role focuses on expense verification and control, file management, operational tracking, information validation, and general support to the Human Resources team. Key support in information validation and coordination of HR tasks. Expense Verification and Cost Control * Daily tracking of **team verifications** * Review of tickets, invoices, and supporting documents against reported amounts * Validation that verifications comply with internal policies * Monitoring of deadlines and timely submission * Identification and follow-up on inconsistencies File Control and Tracking * Updating and maintaining **control files (Excel/Drive)** * Recording and tracking administrative actions * Organization of digital and physical folders * Status tracking (pending, in progress, completed) Operational Tracking * Support in consolidating HR team information * Daily follow-up on pending items with HR managers * Deliverables tracking (reports, requests, incidents) * Information validation prior to submission to regional Validation and Review * Cross-checking information consistency across formats and reports * Detection of data entry or documentation errors * Feedback to the team for correction * Ensuring compliance with administrative guidelines Time Management * Tracking of key dates (closings, deliveries, requests) * Reminders to the team for timely compliance * Escalation of delays or non-compliance General HR Support * Administrative support to HR managers * Follow-up on internal requests (leaves, advances, etc.) * Ongoing communication with the team to monitor processes Salary: $20,000.00 - $23,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Free parking Work Location: On-site employment
