Position Summary: Provide operational support for IT and Telecommunications equipment by responding to work orders to prevent incidents and maintain service quality. Key Highlights: 1. Support for IT and Telecommunications equipment operations 2. Resolution of physical and structured cabling issues 3. Experience in Routing, Switching, and fiber optic network support Provide operational support for IT and Telecommunications equipment through timely response to work orders, aiming to prevent incidents and sustain the company's and colocation customers' services at the established quality level Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Communications and Electronics, Electrical Mechanical Engineering, Systems, or Computer Science - 6 months to 1 year of experience working with IT or Network equipment - Ability to interpret and resolve physical issues in IT equipment - Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems in structured cabling (fiber optic and UTP) - Experience in Routing and Switching - Basic CCNA knowledge, fiber optic network operation and support . -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 1 year of experience Age: between 25 and 45 years Knowledge areas: Problem solving, Quality, Equipment maintenance, Organization, Routing, Support, Switching, Telecommunications, Equipment operation Keywords: engineers, ingeniera, ing, engineer
