Service-oriented attitude and teamwork for employee cafeteria Grupo Pepe is hiring a Cook for its Employee Cafeteria Position Objective: Ensure proper food production and preparation for the employee cafeteria (approximately 120 people), maintaining quality, flavor, hygiene, and continuous innovation in dishes while consistently delivering courteous service. Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a cook in restaurants, hotels, industrial cafeterias, or similar settings. Knowledge of hygienic food handling. Experience in high-volume food production. Creativity and innovation to propose new dishes and menus. Organization and control of supplies. Service-oriented attitude and ability to work effectively in a team. Responsible and committed. Main Responsibilities: Daily preparation and production of food for the internal employee cafeteria serving approximately 120 people. Planning and proposing varied and balanced menus. Supervising supplies and assisting with procurement. Compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area.
