Proper management of subordinate personnel **Fitness Equipment Company Seeks: Warehouse Manager** **Job Objective** Coordinate and supervise warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory control, accurate receipt and dispatch of goods, compliance with logistics processes, and proper management of subordinate personnel, thereby guaranteeing order, safety, and productivity within the department. **We Offer** * Monthly gross salary: **$10,000** (paid biweekly) * Monthly performance bonus: **$5,000 to $8,000** * Statutory benefits * Job stability * 3-month probationary contract, followed by an indefinite-term contract **Main Responsibilities** * Supervision and coordination of warehouse staff * Inventory control and organization * Receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods * Operation of forklifts * Implementation of the FIFO (First In, First Out) method * Loading and unloading of goods * Organization and execution of operational activities within the department * Supervision of warehouse order and cleanliness **Requirements** * Minimum education: Completed high school * Age: 30–45 years old * Minimum 1 year of experience as warehouse supervisor or manager * Forklift operation certification (HS) * Experience in inventory control * Experience in personnel supervision * Responsible, organized, and possessing operational leadership skills * Good physical condition **Working Hours** * Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m. — 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. — 2:00 p.m. *(every other Saturday)* **Location** Col. Colli Urbano, Guadalajara, Jalisco Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 — $18,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
