A safe and orderly work environment **Vacancy: Warehouse Assistant** At EPOXEMEX, we are looking to integrate a Warehouse Assistant into our team, responsible for ensuring the complete and timely supply of raw materials to meet production requirements, while maintaining an organized, reliable inventory compliant with safety and hygiene standards. **What We Offer** \- Base salary: **$11,000 gross monthly pesos**, commensurate with experience. \- Statutory benefits (100 % IMSS coverage, vacation bonus, thirteenth-month bonus, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, etc.). \- Seniority recognition from day one. \- Life insurance. \- Enhanced benefits upon permanent employment: profit-sharing, productivity bonus of up to 20 % (based on overall company performance), and food vouchers amounting to 10 %. \- Job stability in a growing company. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm **Main Responsibilities** \- Receive and unload materials from suppliers and containers, verifying their integrity. \- Inspect and ensure materials are in optimal condition and correctly labeled. \- Classify and organize products by batch and in racks, ensuring rapid identification. \- Supply raw materials according to production requisition forms, ensuring accuracy in quantities and timing. \- Prepare orders: wrapping, placement of location labels, and palletizing for shipment to branches. \- Issue delivery slips for transferring products to other departments. \- Identify, segregate, and palletize non-conforming raw materials. \- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse area, including aisles and raw material zones. \- Participate in cycle counts and inventories to ensure record accuracy. **Professional Requirements** \- Education: Completed secondary school. \- Minimum 6 months’ experience in warehouse or logistics activities. \- Basic knowledge of inventory counting and merchandise control. \- Availability to work rotating shifts. **Technical Competencies** \- Safe handling of materials, warehouse tools, and loading equipment. \- Knowledge of inventory processes, goods receipt and dispatch procedures. \- Ability to interpret picking lists and warehouse records. \- Basic understanding of industrial safety and hygiene. **Soft Skills** \- Teamwork and collaboration with production and logistics departments. \- Service-oriented attitude and proactivity in addressing urgent requests. \- Responsibility and integrity in handling materials. \- Organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in records. \- Adaptability to shift changes or operational demand fluctuations. **About Us** *At EPOXEMEX, we are a leading company in the supply and distribution of raw materials, epoxy resins, and hardeners.
