The candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating the production team, ensuring compliance with production schedules, resource efficiency, safety and quality standards, fostering a collaborative environment, developing staff, and supervising processes to achieve plant objectives and continuously improve operational metrics. **Offers** * Salary: $28,155 (nominal) * Statutory benefits from day one * Uniforms * Employee transportation * Enhanced benefits **Location and Schedule:** * Shift-based role: Morning, Afternoon, and Night shifts. * Zapopan, Jalisco (Technology Park) **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead and supervise the production team assigned to your shift * Ensure compliance with production schedules, safety, quality, and efficiency standards * Supervise equipment operation, input control, and finished product handling * Promote continuous improvement, staff training, and accurate process documentation * Participate in meetings, integration programs, and staff development initiatives **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree (engineering preferred) * Experience in production supervision within manufacturing, personnel management, and problem analysis * Availability to rotate shifts and, occasionally, travel **Key Characteristics:** * Responsible for production—minimum one shift—in a manufacturing company * Direct supervision of operational staff (approximately more than 10 people) * Experience in documentation, procedures, and problem analysis Employment type: Full-time Salary: $28,150.00 - $28,155.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
