Job Summary: Supports operational activities in the flexography department, ensuring proper packaging, material handling, cleaning, and general organization to enhance efficiency and quality. Responsible for supporting operational activities in the flexography department, ensuring correct packaging of finished products, appropriate handling of materials, cleaning of ink trays, and overall area organization. This position directly contributes to production efficiency, product quality, and compliance with safety standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Package finished products according to production orders, verifying quantities and specifications. * Perform washing, cleaning, and basic maintenance of the area. * Transport finished goods and raw materials between flexography and warehouse. * Assist in preparing and labeling rolls and labels. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and adherence to 5S principles in the area. * Safely operate hydraulic pallet jacks and basic tools. * Report deviations, incidents, or safety hazards. * Collaborate with Quality, Warehouse, and the Printing Supervisor to ensure continuous production flow. **Job Requirements** * Education: Completed high school (preferred). * Experience: Not required; training provided. Strong desire to learn and grow. * Prior experience in any printing process is a plus. * Desired basic knowledge: operation of hydraulic pallet jacks, manual tools such as screwdrivers (with torque wrench), packaging (e.g., manual palletizers), or production. * Willingness to work on the production floor. * Physical capability to handle materials. * Availability for shift rotation: 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM; 2nd shift from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. * Valid driver's license, preferably Class C. **Key Competencies** * Operational discipline * Effective and assertive communication * Proactivity with self-discipline * Accountability and compliance Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
