Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employment Type** Confidence-based employment**Job Objective** Manage and ensure that staff under supervision perform their assigned activities and responsibilities in accordance with processes and procedures established by SANEFRO, providing patient safety and quality care in hemodialysis units.**Responsibilities and Activities** * Supervise staff under supervision to verify compliance with patient care processes established by Sanefro. * Ensure adequate supply of clinical materials for patient care. * Coordinate and supervise collection of patient and unit staff samples. * Perform personnel management-related activities for staff under supervision. Experience * Experience managing hospitalized patients in Therapy and Emergency departments (2 years). * Experience in Hemodialysis (2 years). * Personnel management experience (2 years). Knowledge * NOM-003-SSA3-2010, Standards for Hemodialysis Practice. * Basic Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * BLS (Basic Life Support). * NOM-087-SEMARNAT-SSA1-2002, Environmental Protection—Environmental Health—Biological-Infectious Hazardous Waste.
