Job Summary: We are seeking an Assistant Fleet Manager responsible for comprehensive fleet management, unit control, and operational processes. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive vehicle fleet management 2. Unit control and monitoring 3. Coordination of services and suppliers WE ARE SEEKING AN ASSISTANT FLEET MANAGER * Assignment to corresponding drivers * Units within corresponding geofences * Opening and tracking self-help cases * Fuel allocation and distribution * Initiating supplier procedures for orders and open cases * Unit assignment\- to track who uses the units * Service orders\- to enable the workshop to perform required services * Opening self-help cases\- to track services performed * Initiating supplier payment process\- to track payments with suppliers * Unit monitoring\- to follow up and prevent misuse or theft of units * Knowledge of diesel mechanics * Driver's license * Ability to operate vehicles with minimum capacity of 5 tons * Fuel loading\- to ensure units can fulfill deliveries or activities Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
