Responsibilities: * Monitor the organization’s accounts daily to assess cash flow and allocate funds according to the company’s needs. * Verify that expenses are incurred within the allocated budget to prevent deviations and unnecessary cost increases. * Comply with established tax requirements to ensure correct tax payments and avoid penalties. * Coordinate daily and monthly closings across departments, ensuring the information contained therein is timely and accurate. * Prepare reports and analyze financial statements to identify variances. * Prepare preliminary and final trial balance verifications. * Perform necessary reconciliations to confirm that recorded information matches actual data. * Record bank commissions and interest income. * Verify revenue and expense vouchers to prevent expenditures from exceeding revenues and to track company growth. * Prepare annual budgets for each department. * Supervise check payment and supplier payment vouchers, verifying that prices, amounts, taxes, and discounts correspond to stipulated terms.
