Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and organized professional to join our team as Warehouse Coordinator at our auto parts store. This role is essential to ensuring efficiency in inventory management and customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities: Inventory Management: * Supervise and coordinate daily e\-commerce warehouse operations. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for all parts and components. * Conduct cycle counts and periodic audits to ensure inventory integrity. Receiving and Dispatch: * Coordinate receipt of new products and verify their quality and quantity. * Prepare and oversee the product dispatch process to ensure timely delivery. * Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize routes and reduce delivery times. Coordination with Other Departments: * Closely collaborate with the sales team to ensure availability of requested products. * Maintain efficient communication with the Mercado Libre team to ensure constant online inventory updates. Process Optimization: * Identify areas for improvement in warehouse processes and propose solutions. * Implement measures to optimize storage space and operational efficiency. Requirements: * Prior experience in similar roles, preferably in auto parts warehouse management or automotive sector companies. * Solid knowledge of efficient inventory management practices. * Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines. * Leadership skills to coordinate and motivate the warehouse team. * Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems and related software packages. * Availability to work flexible hours according to operational needs.
