We possess extensive market experience and a unique 360-degree methodology for effectively positioning hospital medical devices. **Join our family as Tender Operations Coordinator**: **Requirements**: * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering * Minimum 2 years of experience in tenders * Experience in tracking and ensuring compliance with deliveries arising from tenders * Experience coordinating warehouse, logistics, and suppliers * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel * Availability for frequent travel to CDMX The **objective of this vacancy** is to coordinate, supervise, and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of supplies to government institutions through a logistics operator, guaranteeing on-time and correct deliveries. **Responsibilities**: * Update charts of indirect and direct participation * Control and supervise that sales executives’ requested events occur on time and as scheduled, as well as platform downloads handled by the tender team * Maintain clear and fluent communication with sales leaders regarding reasons for distributor disqualifications identified in tender results * Review consolidated reports of won direct and indirect tenders — reports maintained specifically to obtain information for each won tender **What do we offer?** Compensation and Security: * **Salary:** **MXN $14,000 net per month.** * **Location**: Av.
