We are seeking:** **Distribution Coordinator – Operations | Guadalajara Area** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum education: completed high school. * 1 year of field supervision experience, preferably in direct distribution within the retail channel, delivery operations, or logistics. * Cash handling experience (preferred). * Understanding of in-store operations. * Implementation of route strategy. * Valid driver’s license. **✅ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure follow-up on action plans and distribution performance indicators. * Ensure that delivery personnel execute activities in accordance with established processes and work methods. * Guarantee accurate, timely, complete, and high-quality deliveries. * Ensure route completion and daily sales settlement at the cash register upon operational closure. * Maintain healthy personnel management metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, disabilities, labor claims, etc.). * Develop the potential of the team under supervision by providing tools that enable effective task execution. * Monitor routes and track status of critical routes. * Collaborate with the commercial team to follow up on rejections occurring in the field. Ensure loading and unloading of vehicles complies with operational standards. **WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?** * **Monthly base salary: $16,000 gross + coverage-based bonus: $6,000.** * **Weekly payments.** * **Statutory benefits.** * **Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 6:30 a.m. until route completion.
