Job Summary: ZINERGIA is seeking a Workshop Manager to coordinate, schedule, and supervise maintenance activities for tractors and trailers, managing personnel and inventories. WE ARE HIRING A WORKSHOP MANAGER FOR WALMART DC ON BEHALF OF OUR CLIENT SAR MW Responsibilities: * Coordinate and validate work performed by supervised personnel. * Schedule weekly maintenance activities. * Track repairs. * Manage and authorize the release of spare parts, ensuring inventory control and expense management (SPL system). * Train and accompany the technical team to ensure compliance with quality and productivity standards. * Generate and analyze departmental KPIs and maintain the 5S methodology (cleanliness and order) in the workshop. Requirements: * Experience: Minimum 2 years as Level B Mechanic. * Education: Completed high school; technical degree preferred. * Age: Between 22 and 55 years old. * Experience in tractor and trailer maintenance. * Mechanical and electrical technical diagnosis. * Maintenance planning, cost control, and budgeting. * Valid Class C driver's license. * Willingness to travel occasionally. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
