**Location:** Monterrey, CDMX or Guadalajara (Hybrid 3 days per week at Infosys Office) **Job Description** We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with at least 5 years of professional experience to design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for enterprise\-level applications. This role requires expertise in cloud platforms, containerization, automation, and modern DevOps practices. You will collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of mission\-critical systems. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery * Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud * Implement containerization strategies using Docker and Kubernetes * Automate deployment processes and improve system reliability * Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using Prometheus and Grafana * Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into workflows * Ensure security best practices in all stages of development and deployment * Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives **Required Skills and Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field * Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role * Proficiency with Git and GitHub * Hands\-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitLab CI, CircleCI) * Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) * Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) * Experience leveraging AI\-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) * Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) * Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) * Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices * Excellent problem\-solving and communication skills * Fluency in English **Nice to Have Skills** * Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud * Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) * Knowledge of microservices architecture * Familiarity with security compliance standards * Experience with high\-availability and disaster recovery planning **Desired Skills and Qualities** * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * A proactive and results\-oriented mindset * Passion for learning and staying up\-to\-date with emerging technologies
