Position Objective Job Functions or Activities. 1\.\- Supervise that departure, arrival, and route travel times occur within the established schedule 2\.\- Supervise that the transportation fleet is equipped with all required tools 3\.\- Supervise that the transportation fleet is positioned at the designated platforms according to scheduled times 4\.\- Supervise fuel performance for each assigned unit 5\.\- Prepare attendance, trip, and overtime reports Requirements * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a supervisor (logistics) or in a similar position. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in economics-administration, transportation engineering, or logistics (in progress or completed) * Advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory; SAP and CRM experience required * Organizational and leadership skills * Interpersonal and communication skills * Experience managing operational and unionized personnel Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
