




Job Summary: Support the management and control of administrative processes, ensuring compliance with guidelines, operational efficiency, and effective vendor, procurement, and documentation tracking. Administrative system, Excel, and Outlook proficiency Location: Industrial Zone, Guadalajara, Jalisco Schedule: Mon–Fri \| 8:00–17:00 hrs. **Objective:** Support the management and control of administrative processes, ensuring compliance with guidelines, operational efficiency, and proper vendor, procurement, and documentation tracking. **Main Responsibilities:** * Procurement and general services management. * Vendor follow-up, CFDI receipt, and document control. * Fixed asset and petty cash administration. * ERP data entry and corporate card reconciliations. * Office supplies control, transportation coordination, and administrative procedure support. **Requirements:** * Incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. * One year of experience in administrative functions. * Proficiency in administrative systems, Excel, and Outlook. * Excellent communication skills, ethics, and organizational ability. **Compensation:** Gross monthly salary: $12,500–$13,000 **Benefits:** * 30-day year-end bonus * 10% food vouchers * 7% savings fund * $1,500 visual campaign allowance * Corporate health service (up to $2,000 for medications) * Life and funeral expense insurance * Additional paid days off AMMEGA Ammega Sweden AB is a member of the AMMEGA Group – a global company with offices in 40 countries.
