Job Summary: We are seeking a Tractor-Trailer Washer to maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the vehicle fleet with high operational quality, reducing costs and downtime. Key Highlights: 1. Support in maintenance and reception of units TRANSPORTES AMERICANOS **WE ARE SEEKING:** **TRACTOR-TRAILER WASHER** **Profile:** * Secondary education \- completed or incomplete high school. * 1 year of experience as a Washer or in a similar position. * Experience in washing tractor-trailers and vehicles. * Familiarity with washing equipment. * Knowledge of chemical cleaning products. **Objective:** Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the vehicle fleet at the lowest possible cost and time, minimizing downtime per unit while ensuring high-quality operations. **Responsibilities:** * Wash vehicles. * Keep the work area clean. * Maintain order in the work area. * Assist in the maintenance department. * Assist in washing cargo boxes. * Receive units for washing. * Suggest alternative cleaning methods to the maintenance supervisor. * Operate washing equipment correctly. * Use safety equipment properly. * Report any anomalies detected on vehicles. **Skills and Qualities:** * Teamwork. * Stress tolerance. * Sense of urgency. * Service-oriented attitude. * Dynamic. * Effective communication. * Proactive and solution-oriented. * Organized. * Compliance with regulations. * Responsible. * Honest. * Empathetic. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary: $11,824\.80 \- $13,361\.12 gross. * Monthly incentive of 13%. * Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, vacation bonus, Christmas bonus). * Profit sharing. * Complimentary uniforms. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements (life insurance, major medical expense insurance, savings fund, credit union). * Job stability. * Direct employment contract with Transportes Americanos. * Rotating shifts: 7 a.m. \- 3 p.m. / 1 p.m. \- 9 p.m. * Work location: C. 1 733, Colón Industrial, 44940 Guadalajara, Jal.
