Description
We are seeking an Operations Manager for European Life Style Executive Suites & Gallery.
**Responsibilities:**
* Supervise the hotel’s daily overall operations, ensuring compliance with quality and service standards.
* Ensure guest satisfaction through timely and accurate follow-up on feedback and complaints.
* Supervise adherence to internal policies, regulations, and operational procedures.
* Coordinate the daily morning briefing with department managers and lead executive committee meetings.
* Follow up on institutional and guest emails.
* Prepare a daily activity report.
* Ensure all departments use their technological tools for efficient and organized operations.
* Coordinate department heads to ensure efficient operations:
Housekeeping:
* Ensure the department uses its work tools, uniforms, and technological tools.
* Maintain constant communication with the Housekeeper and supervisors.
* Review occupancy, arrivals, departures, and daily operational priorities.
* Assist in establishing strategies to expedite room turnover.
* Coordinate special actions during peak seasons or high-occupancy periods.
Maintenance:
* Participate in planning and supervising implementation of the preventive maintenance program for guest rooms.
* Participate in planning and supervising implementation of the preventive maintenance program for public areas.
* Monitor response times and repair quality.
* Coordinate rapid solutions to avoid guest disruptions.
· Review departmental work budgets.
· Plan special improvement projects for the hotel jointly with the department head.
· Supervise proper inventory control of departmental materials.
Front Office:
* Verify that staff provide courteous, prompt, and professional service.
* Ensure all operational processes are executed correctly.
* Follow up on tasks related to promoting online ratings on digital platforms.
* Intervene in sensitive situations or major complaints.
* Authorize compensations, room changes, or courtesies when necessary.
Sales:
* Analyze hotel occupancy forecasts jointly with the Sales team.
* Coordinate strategies for peak seasons, group bookings, and events.
· Participate continuously in sales strategy planning.
· Ensure proper follow-up on various opportunities by the department.
* Supervise that operations can adequately respond to demand.
· Supervise proper management of social media and other promotional channels.
Human Resources:
* Identify hiring needs based on hotel occupancy and operations.
* Coordinate strategies to prevent staffing shortages in critical areas.
* Participate in the selection process for key positions or supervisors.
* Follow up on internal conflicts or situations affecting operations.
Requirements:
\- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in a hotel.
\- Knowledge of operations across all departments.
\- Proficiency in PMS and OTA systems.
\- Advanced English
Salary: $30,000\.00 per month
