Flexible schedule We are looking for a: Human Development Executive ### **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources (degree certificate and professional license required). ### **Experience:** 1–3 years as a Labor Relations Analyst, HR Generalist, or Recruitment and Selection Specialist. ### **Knowledge & Skills:** Labor relations, Federal Labor Law, INFONAVIT, IMSS Law and Regulations, Personnel Administration, Payroll, Training, Recruitment and Selection, Event Organization, and Customer Service. Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Intermediate English (preferred).
