High school (with experience) and Bachelor's degree in chemistry, food science, etc. (without experience) **Main responsibilities:** * Quality inspection. * Fruit sampling. * Categorizing observed defects. * Data entry into system. * Determining results for REJECTION OR ACCEPTANCE of the fruit. * Printing and labeling fruits. * Fruit shipment. * Safety inspections and checks throughout the Cooler. * Validation of fruit delivered by suppliers. Schedule from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with one hour lunch break, Monday to Saturday. **Temporary 6-month contract.** **Salary: $11,800 gross monthly.
