Position Summary: Integra Estrategias is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and integrate the development of wastewater treatment plant projects, ensuring optimal resource utilization and achievement of results. Submission of reports and documents to the General Directorate. **Integra Estrategias is seeking a Project Manager in Guadalajara, Jalisco** -------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Company dedicated to designing and implementing tailor-made comprehensive solutions for the treatment of industrial, sanitary, and potable water.** **PROJECT MANAGER** ***Objective:*** Ensure the development of wastewater treatment plant projects through coordination and integration of planned activities and actions, maximizing the company’s resource utilization and achieving expected project outcomes. ***Requirements:*** * Industrial Engineer or related degree. * Minimum 2 years of experience. * Knowledge of Environmental Management. * Knowledge of mechanics, electricity, and hydraulics. * Knowledge of project administration and execution. * Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software. * Willingness to travel. ***Responsibilities:*** * Design of wastewater treatment plant development projects. * Reporting on project progress and making timely decisions and corrective actions in response to unforeseen or unplanned situations. * Visiting clients for site surveys and/or facility assessments, conducted jointly with Sales (Coordinator) and the Project Executor (external). * Verifying that information folders are complete. * Supporting client training (depending on project type). * Properly managing resources assigned to perform duties. * Submitting reports and documents required by the General Directorate, ensuring awareness and execution of the project. ***We Offer:*** * Salary: $25,000 gross monthly. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00–18:00 hrs; Friday, 8:00–15:00 hrs. * Work location: Guadalajara, Jal.
