Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and dynamic professional to ensure supply continuity through efficient purchasing management and logistical tracking. Key Highlights: 1. Efficiently manage purchases with subsidiaries and external suppliers. 2. Ensure supply continuity and optimize inventories. 3. Coordinate the procurement and administration of purchase orders. We seek an analytical and dynamic professional to join our Supply Chain team. The primary objective is to ensure supply continuity through efficient purchasing management with subsidiaries and external suppliers, guaranteeing accuracy in purchase orders and timely tracking of shipment logistics. Main Responsibilities: * **Purchasing Management:** Coordinate the procurement process with subsidiary companies and service providers (sizing). * **Purchase Order Administration:** Generate internal templates and load Purchase Orders (POs) for all business units. * **Logistics Control:** Administer and track shipments from subsidiaries and third parties. * **Monitoring and Reporting:** Proactively report on purchase status (delays, early deliveries, price adjustments, destination changes, or cancellations). * **Supply Assurance:** Execute operational plan tracking to ensure optimal inventory levels. * **Third-Party Management:** Quote and manage purchases with external suppliers (ADM: Argentina, USA, Mexico). Required Profile: * **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Bachelor’s in International Business, Logistics, or related field. * **Experience:** Recent graduates with solid professional internships or professionals with up to 3 years of experience in inventory planning, materials planning, or Supply Chain analysis. * **Systems:** * **SAP:** Intermediate level (proficiency in purchasing/inventory modules is mandatory). * **Excel:** Advanced (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas for database handling). * **Skills:** Strong numerical aptitude and ability to analyze large volumes of information and data for decision-making.
