Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to manage materials, control inventories, and supervise warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive material management and inventory control. 2. Operational supervision and warehouse staff management. 3. Physical inventory management and SAP system inventory management. We seek a Warehouse Manager who ensures proper material administration, inventory control, and operational supervision of the warehouse area. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field (graduated or intern) * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions * Forklift operation experience (sit-down type) * Personal vehicle required * Experience in personnel management KNOWLEDGE IN: * SAP system (mandatory) * Physical and cycle inventory control * Warehouse management * Microsoft Office suite * Inventory control and administration tools * Quality processes (ISO 9001:2015\ preferred) PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: * Supervise and coordinate warehouse operations * Manage and control inventories (physical and in SAP system) * Supervise assigned personnel and ensure task completion * Coordinate material replenishment and project dispatch * Manage reorder points jointly with Purchasing * Validate general and cycle inventories * Perform transfers, deliveries, and closings in SAP system * Train operational staff (processes, forklift operation, new products) * Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards (ISO 9001:2015\) * Supervise proper use of tools and infrastructure * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and quality management system activities WE OFFER: * Statutory benefits and above-standard benefits. * Position located at Perisur Industrial Park * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
