If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.**Job Summary** --------------- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **SR** **Product Engineer** located in **Guadalajara, North Campus.** Reporting to the **Process Engineering Manager** the role will be responsible for receiving, evaluating, cleaning, and customizing all technical information / documentation from the customer related to their product, derived from a New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Technology Introduction team ( NTI) to establish all necessary processes to manufacture it by maintaining its design and performance integrity.**What a typical day looks like:*** Handle product transfer and new product set up. * Support production by assessing product engineering issues of diverse scope that arise on production line. * Suggest improvements to process to obtain improved quality and production yield. * Solve product related problems and perform failure evaluation related to product issues. * Interact with customer and various departments on product related issues * Suggest modification to work instructions, material, or product changes to ensure excellent quality of products. * Customer´s Bill of Material (BOM) evaluation and structure definition for production **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:*** BA/BS or equivalent work experience. * Strong knowledge in electronics/ assembly /SCP process and strong insight for latest production/product technology trend. * Fluent English skill for both oral and written. * Experience driving organizations with more than 30 engineers and technicians in sustaining \& NPI environment. * Strong ability to handle different Models. * Experience creating BOMs and component lists. * Design, drawing, and updating of new product parts; ability to read and interpret dimensions, tolerances, schematics, and engineering drawings. **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:*** Competitive Salary. * Life \& Medical insurance. * Christmas Bonus. * Food Coupons. * Saving Fund.
