If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. **Job Summary** --------------- The **Quality Technician** will be located in **North Guadalajara.** **Here are some examples of the activities you will perform:** * Supervision and coordination of quality auditors (positions Grade 7 to 10\) reporting to you. * Reading and interpretation of schematic drawings provided by the customer. * Working under Agile methodologies. * Validation and analysis of mechanical and electrical components. * Submission and tracking of GIL reports. * Responding to line stoppages and supporting production. * Conducting 5S audits and line audits. * Handling material out of specification (MRB) and scrap control in the process. * Generating reports. * Updating MPI documentation, Quality Alerts, feedbacks, PCNs, etc. * Process audits, line release, and Paramedic activities. * Analysis of assembly process improvements. * Analysis of reduction of non-conforming material. * Performing root cause analysis. **Essential Skills for the Role:** * Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field; technical degree also acceptable. * Experience in the Quality area. * Shift availability (Shifts 1, 2, and 3\). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of basic quality tools. * Writing work instructions. * Problem-solving methodologies. * Knowledge of IPC standards and/or acceptability criteria. * MPI documentation. * Basic knowledge of UCP and PFMEA. * Experience in discrepant material purges. **Here are some examples of our benefits:** * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * Vacation premium * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Transportation * Subsidized cafeteria **Qualifications:** * Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, technical training, or equivalent experience. * Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience. **Job Category** ---------------- Quality Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
