Employment Type: Full-time. 1. Production Planning * Production Order Definition: Creation and management of work orders to ensure correct product quantities are produced. * Scheduling: Planning and scheduling of daily, weekly, and monthly production to meet delivery deadlines. * Resource Management: Ensuring materials, equipment, and personnel are available at the right time. 2. Inventory Management * Stock Control: Monitoring inventory levels of raw materials and supplies in the production warehouse. * Material Replenishment: Ordering materials as needed to prevent production interruptions. * Inventory Optimization: Minimizing excess inventory and avoiding material shortages. (in coordination with the Purchasing Department) 3. Personnel Supervision and Coordination * Task Assignment: Distributing tasks and responsibilities among production staff. * Training: Ensuring staff are adequately trained to use Odoo. * Performance Monitoring: Evaluating staff performance and providing feedback to administration and senior management. 4. Process Management and Continuous Improvement * Process Optimization: Analyzing production processes and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. * Automation: Leveraging Odoo’s automation capabilities to optimize production operations. * Problem Resolution: Identifying and resolving production issues promptly to minimize downtime. 6. Equipment Maintenance * Maintenance Scheduling: Planning and overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment and machinery. 7. Reporting and Analysis * Report Generation: Using Odoo to generate production reports. * Data Analysis: Analyzing production data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. * Decision Making: Using collected information to make informed and strategic decisions. 8. Regulatory Compliance * Regulations: Ensuring production complies with all industry regulations and standards. * Documentation: Maintaining required documentation and ensuring its availability for audits. 9. Cross-Departmental Collaboration * Communication: Collaborating with other departments, such as Sales, Warehouse, and Administration, to align production operations with the company’s overall objectives. * Coordination: Ensuring effective communication and coordination between production and other departments. Requirements: * Completed degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. * Prior experience in a similar role is desirable. * Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. * Proactive attitude. * ERP knowledge.
