If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.**Job Summary** --------------- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Process Engineering Sr Manager (SMT)** located in **Guadalajara, North Campus.** Reporting to the **Director, Operations Engineering,** the role is responsible for managing a team of process engineers working on improving process engineering capabilities to support a specific area of a manufacturing organization.**What a typical day looks like:*** Manage a team of engineers and technicians to establish and maintain statistical process control systems. * Establish and improve process capabilities. * Develop and maintain process documentation. * Manage development projects that are designed to meet customer product specifications, delivery, and cost expectations. * Work with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured. * Improve throughput in constrained areas. * Develop, test, and implement new materials and processes for improved performance and/or lower cost and manage cost reduction efforts in assigned process areas. * Partner with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured. * Coordinate initiatives to increase throughput, reduce cost and improve performance in constrained areas. * Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce. **Experience we’re looking to add to our team:*** BA/BS or equivalent work experience. * 5\+ years of experience as a Process Engineering Manager or Senior Process Engineer. * Strong experience in SMT manufacturing processes, from solder paste printing through final assembly, including critical and advanced assemblies with high levels of automation. * Extensive technical background in process engineering, with strong problem‑solving and optimization capabilities. * Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency, able to effectively communicate with customers and deliver presentations. * Proven experience in people management, including leading and developing engineering teams. * Hands\-on experience implementing Poka‑Yoke (error‑proofing) solutions. * Experience with liquid cooling technologies is a plus (nice to have). **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:*** Competitive Salary. * Life \& Medical insurance. * Christmas Bonus. * Food Coupons. * Saving Fund.
