Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Planner Scheduler located in Guadalajara, North Campus. Reporting to the Production Planning Manager the Planner Scheduler role is responsible for working with the materials and planning teams to ensure on\-time and efficient deliveries of the final product, with zero downtime, What a typical day looks like:* Checking the possibility of the order fulfillment based on the available resources (materials, employees, equipment’s etc.), confirmation of the order. * Preparation of production plans, input of planning data into the integrated computer system of the company, notification of the purchasing group. * Monitoring, control of implementation of plans, starting necessary actions in case of deviations * Preparation of long\-term plans, forecasts (MPS, Forecast). * Monitoring of system accuracy in daily/weekly bases /General Item data, routing, BOM, CFT data /non\-consumed demand, planned WO's. * Preparing of Clean to build reports, checking the material availability, replanning if necessary, informing of order desk, ECO implementation tracing. * Monitoring of stock level, handling of stock differences. * Preparing management and CFT specificized reports, monitoring of KPI's. * Giving assistance, replacement in certain cases to SCM and Order desk within the CFT. * Advises non\-exempt associates regarding day\-to\-day priority of customer requests. * Monitors and proactively addresses issues that impact performance to committed ship date (CSD), lead\-time, response time, and inventory goals. * Coordinates and manages high\-visibility and/or important customer programs. * May include initial customer or product startup initiatives or large customer programs. * Coordinates with Master Scheduler to manage product life cycle and related materials availability issues. * Drives process improvements inside and outside the area of Order Management. * Provides input to management, reschedules, and /or interfaces with customer program management, master scheduling, customers, and production control to reschedule production in the event of design changes, labor and material shortages, backlogs, and other potential schedule interruptions. * Represents Order Management on various Customer Focus Teams. * May also help inventory control, supply chain management, material planning, and scheduling. The experience we’re looking to add to our team:* BA/BS as an industrial engineer, or equivalent work experience. * Bachelor´s Degree. * Experience in operation planning, industrial, manufacturing engineering, or related. * Knowledge of dependent demand and independent demand. * Intermediate English. * BAAN or Agile systems is a plus. * BOM's Materials. * Experience in Customer Service. * Intermediate Excel.
